• How do I turn on Automatic Deployment and where can I see the UID number for a customer

Environment

• N-able MSP
  • backup.management

Solution

1. Log into https://backup.management
2. Click Customer Management
3. Hover over a customer and click the pen icon
4. Click General Tab
5. Check Automatic Deployment
6. Click Save

• You can now use Automatic Deployment and you can see the UID on the General tab.
