Description
- Unable to connect to a device remotely.
- Error: 'Unable to pick up WebRcg host'.
Environment
- N-able Backup
- Backup Management Console
Solution
- The Storage Node is not configured correctly OR the firewall for the storage node is not allowing communication on the port specified
- Ensure the Storage Node is configured correctly.
- Please refer to the Storage Node documentation here: https://help.n-able.com/backup/documentation/Content/service-management/storage/home.htm
- Ensure the Storage Node server allows communication on the port specified for WebRCG connections.
- By default this is port 443
- Ensure the Storage Node is configured correctly.
