Solution

  1. From Backup Manager click Backup Tab.
  2. Click Edit to edit selection for Files and Folders.
  3. Check for any drives or folders marked with a ? icon.
    • This could indicate an issue with that folder since we last saw it. I.e. this folder is now unknown.
    • This can happen if there are problems on the disk or if folders are renamed. It can also occur if the disk is removable and is taken away frequently.
  4. Check the location on the local machine and try to spot any issues that might occur (Difficult to be more precise here as it depends on the situation and environmental differences).
