  • Notification emails sending "failed to send" email from Amazon Web Services.

Environment

Solution

  • Check that the email you are using as the sender address is still valid. If it's no longer a mailbox or if it's not a forwarding address you will get these issues:
  1. Click Customer Management tab.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the partner you want to edit (probably topmost level).
  3. Click Custom Branding tab.
  4. Check the sender address is still valid.
  5. Click Save.
