Description
- Notification emails sending "failed to send" email from Amazon Web Services.
Environment
- N-able Backup
- Web Backup Management Console (backup.management)
Solution
- Check that the email you are using as the sender address is still valid. If it's no longer a mailbox or if it's not a forwarding address you will get these issues:
- Click Customer Management tab.
- Click the pencil icon next to the partner you want to edit (probably topmost level).
- Click Custom Branding tab.
- Check the sender address is still valid.
- Click Save.
