N-able Backup: Can I clear out the Virtual Drive cache folder

• What is the purpose of the VDCACHE folder (N-able Backup Documentation suggests this name for the virtual drive cache)
• Can I remove it's contents as it's taking up too much space

• This cache speeds up the process of expanding VHD's in order to carry out individual file restores
• You can remove the contents of this cache without issue
