Description

• Bare Metal Restore has stalled. Progress bar stopped.

Environment

• N-able Backup

Solution

• This may occur when using an ISO and there is insufficient space in RAM to store needed meta data
  • Use the Bare Metal Restore USB installer and use a USB instead

• This may occur when trying to recover to a disk which already has data on it
  • Use the clean all command prior to attempting a Bare Metal Restore per the Bare Metal Restore instructions
