Description

• Ability to restore Microsoft 365 Exchange emails to a different mailbox is not available.
• Can only see the original mailbox as an option

Environment

• N-able Backup

Solution

• You can only restore emails from a mailbox to a different mailbox if the original Mailbox has been deleted or has become un-licensed (so is no longer able to be backed up).
