Solution
- Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\MXB\Backup Manager\logs\CloudManagementConsole"
- Search the most recent log file for communication errors and connection to "cloud.iaso.com"
- If you find any connection errors then attempt to telnet from the device to "cloud.iaso.com 443"
- Failure to connect indicates a local issue on the network.
- If you find any connection errors then attempt to telnet from the device to "cloud.iaso.com 443"
