  • Unable to see Backup Management Console account data

Environment

  • N-able Backup
    • Backup Management Console

Solution

  1. Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\MXB\Backup Manager\logs\CloudManagementConsole"
  2. Search the most recent log file for communication errors and connection to "cloud.iaso.com"
    1. If you find any connection errors then attempt to telnet from the device to "cloud.iaso.com 443"
      • Failure to connect indicates a local issue on the network.
