Can't view Standby Image tab in the Backup Manager

Description

  • Can't view Standby Image tab in the Backup Manager

Environment

  • N-able Backup
  • Standby Image

Solution

  • Check if Standby Image is ticked in the product in the Backup Management Console
    • In the native CMC, click on Manage > Manage Products > select product > Standby Image > OK
    • In the cloud CMC, click Product Management > Standby Image > OK
  • Check that you have a supported version:
    • Windows Vista
    • Windows 7
    • Windows 8 / 8.1
    • Windows Server 2008 R2
    • Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2
