Description
- Can't view Standby Image tab in the Backup Manager
Environment
- N-able Backup
- Standby Image
Solution
- Check if Standby Image is ticked in the product in the Backup Management Console
- In the native CMC, click on Manage > Manage Products > select product > Standby Image > OK
- In the cloud CMC, click Product Management > Standby Image > OK
- Check that you have a supported version:
- Windows Vista
- Windows 7
- Windows 8 / 8.1
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2
