• Why is the Backup Manager in Restore only mode after reinstalling?

Environment

• N-able Backup

Solution

• The Backup Manager may need to download/upgrade the Backup register to operate
• The Backup Manager will "pre-load" the GUI for existing accounts when reinstalling to allow the Backup Manager to perform restores while the complete Backup register
• Once the Backup Manager Register completes its download the Backup Manager will load into normal mode to allow backups once again.
