Description
- All devices under a partner stopped initializing with error: "Previous initialization attempt failed"
- Logs can be viewed from http://localhost:5000/logs/app
Environment
- N-able Backup
Solution

Check any geographic blocking: N-able MSP has management servers worldwide which all need to be reached
- Check firewalls are not blocking our IP's
- "cloudbackup.management" should be placed on the allow list on any firewalls or boundary defense
