Preview a Scheduled Report

Report Manager allows you to create schedules to generate reports automatically. Scheduled reports run daily, weekly, or monthly. This allows you to provide your customers with timely information about the services provided, and the health of their systems.

In addition to previewing a report while setting up its schedule, you can also preview any existing reports to check that the parameters and settings are still relevant.

1. Navigate to the Scheduled Reports List.
2. Click next to the report you want to preview.

   The Report Wizard opens to the Parameters Selection tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom and select a preview format.
4. Click Preview to generate the report in the selected format.
