How to Modify Schedule Settings
Report Manager allows you to create schedules to generate reports automatically. Scheduled reports run daily, weekly, or monthly. This allows you to provide your customers with timely information about the services provided, and the health of their systems.
Modify an existing schedule's settings if your customer's requirements change.
- Navigate to the Scheduled Reports List.
- Click
next to the report you need to modify.
- Navigate through the tabs to change the settings.
- If you change delivery methods, you must change the following settings:
Delivery method changes Change the following From To Email File Share File Name, Path, User Name, and Password. File share Email Recipient's Email, Reply to Email, Subject, and Comment. File Share as a delivery method may not be available, depending on your system setup. This setting is controlled in the Advanced Settings of the Administration Console.
Existing scheduled reports with delivery to file shares will not be affected, unless they are changed to email delivery. A pop up will notify you about the change to email delivery, and you will be asked to complete the email fields in the Delivery Details tab.
- From Email to File Share, you must specify: File Name, Path, User Name, and Password.
- From File Share to Email, you must specify: Recipient's Email, Reply to Email, Subject, and Comment.
- If the report is being delivered to a File Share, you must update the Password for the file share before you can save any changes.
- Use the icons to help you make changes:
