Report Parts cause error when testing custom report
Report Parts not SupportedBeginning with Release 5.0, new installations will not include Report Parts. All references from the reports are removed including datasets, structure, tables, and branding. If you have upgraded to Release 5.0, Reports Parts remain but will not be supported. |

There may have been an error generating the report part code within the structure of the new report. This is a known bug resulting after an upgrade to SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 where object names are incorrectly renamed. There is currently no fix for this. Until available it is recommended to use the standalone version of Report Builder 3.0. Unable to connect to Report Manager reports through the N-able N-central UI

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser and you are unable to connect to Report Manager reports through the N-able N-central UI, you may need to configure HTTPS and SSL for Report Manager, or enable Mixed Mode in your browser settings. |

ASP .NET v 4.0 web extensions do not appear in IIS list of ISAPI and CGI Restrictions

If.NET 4.0 has not been installed before configuring Server Roles, you will need to do a repair on each of the following .NET 4.0 components:
To do this, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Double-click each of the components mentioned above and select the Repair option. |
Installation fails with error message saying Commit phase is failing.

As a Best Practice, set Event Log to overwrite events as needed. Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > Application and Services Logs > Properties. Select Overwrite events as needed (oldest events first). |
