Configure the Reports Console Session Timeout

Use the Advanced Settings feature in the Administration Console to configure the session timeout for the Reports Console. The default session timeout for the Reports Console is 20 minutes.

1. In Report Manager, click the gear icon in the upper right of the Reports Console window.
   In N-able N-central, navigate to Administration > Report Manager > Administration Console.
2. Click System Setup and Logs.
3. Click Advanced Settings.
4. Scroll down to Reports Console Timeout.
5. The Reports Console Timeout is the time (in minutes) before a session expires.
6. Click Edit for Reports Console Timeout.
7. Type in the new Value.

The timeout cannot be greater than 43200 minutes (30 days). The default value is 20 minutes.

8. Click Update to save your changes.
