Enable PSA Integration

You can enable all PSA integrations in Report Manager, or specific integrations at the Service Organization level.

  1. In Report Manager, click the gear icon in the upper right of the Reports Console window.
    In N-able N-central, navigate to Administration > Report Manager > Administration Console.
  2. Click N-central Configuration.
  3. Select the Server FQDN/IP of the data source you would like to edit.
  4. Select PSA Enabled to enable data collection for all supported PSA. Report Manager supports the following PSA Integrations:
    • Autotask
    • ConnectWise Manage
    • Help Desk Manager

    The PSA integration must be configured in N-central 9.0 or greater before you will be able to select this option. You may need to wait several hours before changes to PSA credentials can be viewed in Report Manager.

    If you are using a limited integrator account in ConnectWise Manage and this step fails with an error, refer to KBA45021: ConnectWise Manage Integration Error: Getting Time Zone Failed.

    After this option is selected, Report Manager will automatically collect data from selected integrations in N-able N-central. If you have multiple PSA integrations, the list of PSA integrations is shown in the System/Service Organization tree on this page.

  5. Enable individual integrations separately as follows:
    1. Click one of the Service Organizations in the System tree.
    2. Select the Enabled checkbox in the integration details box on the right.
    3. If the Report Manager server and the PSA servers are in different time zones, select the appropriate time difference in the Ticket Time Offset (Difference in Hours) drop-down. You will need to calculate the offset for the PSA solution you are using.
    4. The offset is the difference in hours between the two time zones. To calculate the difference, you need to know the time zones. Here's an easy way to compare time zones: World Time Buddy, Time Converter and Clock (http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/).

      The PSA URL and credentials can only be modified in N-able N-central, and not through Report Manager.

  6. Save and Update your changes.
