Disable PSA Integration

You can disable all PSA integrations in Report Manager, or specific integrations at the Service Organization level.

1. In Report Manager, click the gear icon in the upper right of the Reports Console window.
   In N-able N-central, navigate to Administration > Report Manager > Administration Console.
2. Click N-central Configuration.
3. Select the Server FQDN/IP of the data source you would like to edit.
4. Deselect PSA Enabled to disable data all supported PSA integrations.
   If you have multiple PSA integrations, the System/Service Organization tree with those integrations will not display on this page.
   
5. Disable individual integrations separately as follows:
   1. Click one of the Service Organizations in the System tree.
   2. Deselect the Enabled checkbox in the integration details box on the right.
6. Save and Update your changes.
