Issues
- Inaccuracies in ticket counts.
- Tickets incorrectly assigned to customers.
- Incorrect counts on proactive, reactive ticket counts.
Solution
A single Managed ID must map to a single Customer. The following situations will result in inaccuracies in ticket counts:
- When one Customer is mapped to several Managed IDs
- When several Customers are mapped to one Managed ID.
