Issues

  • Inaccuracies in ticket counts.
  • Tickets incorrectly assigned to customers.
  • Incorrect counts on proactive, reactive ticket counts.

Solution

A single Managed ID must map to a single Customer. The following situations will result in inaccuracies in ticket counts:

  • When one Customer is mapped to several Managed IDs
  • When several Customers are mapped to one Managed ID.
