Manage Custom Antivirus Service Detection

The Executive Summary report in Report Manager contains information about custom antivirus services and service templates monitored by Log Analysis (Batch) or Windows Event Log services in N-able N-central. The following default set of custom services and service templates is included:

• eTrust A/V
• Kaspersky 7.0
• Sophos
• Symantec AntiVirus Server 10.x

You can add other custom services and service templates from N-able N-central. After a custom antivirus service or service template has been added, it will be included in the Executive Summary report. The Security Monitoring - Antivirus details will count and report on custom antivirus services and the devices they monitor.

Deleting a custom service or service template in Report Manager removes it from reporting but does not affect monitoring in N-able N-central.
