Brand SOs and Customers Based on the System Images

1. In N-able N-central, navigate to Reports > Report Manager..
2. In the left-hand pane, click the System level name to open their branding profile.
3. If Use Default Branding is selected, clear the checkbox. This will activate the screen for editing. For more information, refer to Inherit Branding.
4. Locate the image that you would like to replace with a custom image, and click Upload New to open Windows Explorer. For information, refer to Upload New.
5. Navigate to the custom image, select it and click Open to insert the new image.

Do this for each image that you would like to replace.

6. Click Save Settings.

If the SO customers for this System/Product Administrator already have custom branding you must reset each SO and each customer's custom's branding profile to Inherit Branding.

7. In the left hand pane, navigate to the first SO.
8. On the SO's branding profile, select Inherit Branding. This will remove all custom branding images and replace them with the ones that you have just uploaded.
9. Click Save Settings.

   Do this for each SO that you would like to inherit branding.

10. If the customers for any of the SO's already have custom branding you must reset each customer's branding profile to Inherit Branding:
    1. In the left hand pane, navigate to the first customer of the first SO.
    2. On the customer's branding profile, select Inherit Branding. This will remove all custom branding images and replace them with the ones that you have just uploaded.
    3. Click Save Settings.
    4. Do this for each customer of each SO.
