N-zo Access and permissions

The N-zo button is always visible in the page or product bar. If N-zo is disabled for your account, selecting N-zo opens a "Learn more" experience.

When N-zo is not activated:

  • Users with N-zo Management permissions - Ask N-zo: Manage (N-central) or AI Management: Manage AI (N-sight) - see an option to start the activation process.

  • Users without AI Management permissions see a "Learn more" experience.

Once N-zo is activated:

  • Users with N-zo Management permissions can configure AI settings for the instance in the left-navigation menu.

  • Users with N-zo use permissions - Read Only (N-central) or View AI (N-sight) - can access and interact with N-zo.

  • Users without permission to use N-zo see a Learn more experience if they select N-zo.

N-sight Superuser and N-central Administrator system roles include AI management permissions by default.
