Enable N-zo access using roles

You enable access to N-zo through role-based permissions. The steps to configure these permissions depend on the product you are using.

Choose your product

N-central

  1. Open Administration > User Management > Roles.

  2. Create a new role, or edit an existing role.

N-sight

  1. Go to Settings > Users > Roles & Permissions.

  2. Add a new role, or edit or clone an existing role.

Configure N-zo permissions

  1. In the Ecoverse section, choose the AI permissions described below.

  2. Save your changes.

Users assigned to this role inherit the selected N-zo permissions.

If permissions were enabled or updated recently, changes may not take effect immediately due to propagation delays. Allow time for propagation, then retry the action.

What each N-zo permission allows

N-central

  • Manage - activate and configure N-zo (including access) and use N-zo.

  • Read-only - use N-zo only.

N-sight

  • Manage AI - activate and configure N-zo (including access) but cannot use N-zo.

  • View AI - use N-zo only.

  • Manage AI + View AI - configure and use N-zo.
