Reauthenticate your MSP - PREVIEW ONLY

Reauthenticate your MSP organization using Cloud Commander Setup, to revalidate your credentials to ensure they are up to date. For example, you may need to reauthenticate if there are multi-factor authentication (MFA) changes or if the account is not used for 90 days.

To reauthenticate your MSP organization:

1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Administration > Cloud Commander Setup

   The Cloud services setup displays the current status of the integration. If your MSP is onboarded, is shows that your MSP is authenticated.

   

2. Select Re-authenticate

3. When prompted, select Re-authenticate to confirm
