N-able Login
N-able Login provides a secure, centralized way for users to sign in to N-central and other N-able products using their organization’s identity provider (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra ID. It supports federated authentication through the industry-standard OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol, allowing users to log in once and gain access across systems using single sign-on (SSO).
By combining N-able Login with OIDC, organizations can delegate authentication to a trusted external provider while maintaining precise control over roles and permissions within N-central.
N‑able Login is the N‑able centralized identity and access management system, designed to provide secure, seamless, and scalable authentication across its cloud-based IT management products. It works as an SSO platform that supports multi-factor authentication (MFA), federated login, and centralized user management. N‑able Login is used to authenticate access to products such as:
-
N‑sight RMM
-
Cove Data Protection
-
Mail Assure
-
Take Control
-
Passportal
-
N‑ableMe (the Partner Success Center)
Rather than requiring a separate login for each product, users authenticate once using N‑able Login and then access any permitted N‑able services.
Key Capabilities
-
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Users sign in once at the centralized SSO endpoint (sso.navigatorlogin.com) to gain access to all linked N‑able products. This removes the need for separate usernames and passwords for each product, streamlining daily workflows.
-
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
For added security, N‑able Login supports MFA, allowing users to protect their accounts with a second factor such as an authenticator app or hardware token. MFA policies can be enforced at the user or organizational level.
-
Federated Identity Support
-
N‑able Login integrates with external identity providers (for example., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) through OIDC, enabling larger partners to use their existing directory services for login and role management.
-
Centralized User Management
Admins can manage users, assign roles, enforce password and security policies, and monitor sign-in activity from a single console, reducing administrative burden and ensuring consistent security practices across products.
-
Modern Identity Platform
Under the hood, N‑able Login is built on industry-standard identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), ensuring compatibility with enterprise IAM platforms and strong data protection.
