Set up N-able Login with Entra ID as an external service provider in N-central
N-able Login with Entra ID, provides users access multiple applications without the need to authenticate each one. It is a valuable solution for enhanced security, user experience, and efficiency in managing access to multiple applications.
To use Entra ID, a username must exist in both N-able Login and Entra ID.
Configure Entra ID for N-able Login (MSP SSO)

Enroll into N-able Login as an Admin user. You must enroll at least one admin user into N-able Login. This will give this admin access to the N-able Login features, including Entra ID setup.

Log into N-central using N-able Login.

From the Account menu, select Identity Provider Setup.

In the Microsoft Entra ID user provisioning box, click Setup.

Click Start configuration.

Follow the instructions to set up user provisioning and then click Copy instructions to clipboard.
