Uptime service
The Uptime service monitors the length of time in seconds that a Windows device has been powered on. Uptime Service is configured by default to go Warning and Failed during the first 15 minutes of a Windows Server reboot. This is to allow MSPs the ability to report on Device reboot status, and to potentially troubleshoot devices that unexpectedly go to Failed from this service.
