CCM MGCP Gateway service

The CCM MGCP Gateway service monitors the registration status and D Channel status of an MGCP gateway. A Call Manager is up if the SNMP agent received a system up event from the local CCM.

This service cannot use Self Healing.

MGCP Gateway NameEnter the name of the MGCP Gateway to be monitored. For a list of the gateways attached to the CCM server, query the CCM server with the 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.3.1.1.2 SNMP OID.

The D-Channel status of the gateway.

The statuses are:

  • 1: The D-Channel is up.
  • 2: The D-Channel is down.
  • 3: The D-Channel status is unknown.
  • 4: The D-channel status is not applicable for this gateway. This metric has the following thresholds:
    • Normal: 2
    • Warning: 3,5
    • Failed: 1,4
