Locate a scheduled report to delete

A deleted customer may still be sending scheduled reports even though you have removed it from N-able N-central. Report Manager may still be configured to send a report for this customer. You need to remove it from Report Manager.

  1. Log in to the Report Manager Admin Console.
  2. Click Report Settings > Manage Deleted Data Sources, Customers, or Devices.
  3. Click the check box for Include Deleted Customers.
  4. Click OK.
  5. In the Report Manager Report Console, click Scheduled Reports and locate the report and delete it.
