Remove an installed patch

If a patch is causing problems on a device, you can use Patch Manager to remove the patch.

  1. Click Configuration > Patch Management.

  2. In the Patch Approval section, click By Patch.
  3. To remove from an individual device, click By Device and select the device from the list and click Next.

  4. Locate the patch, and click the check box next to it, and click Next.
  5. In the New Approval column, click the pencil icon and click Approved for Removal.
  6. Click Next and review the list of approvals to confirm that the configuration is correct.
  7. Click Finish.

During the patch maintenance window, N-able N-central removes the selected patch from devices where it is installed.
