If a patch is causing problems on a device, you can use Patch Manager to remove the patch.
Click Configuration > Patch Management.
- In the Patch Approval section, click By Patch.
- Locate the patch, and click the check box next to it, and click Next.
- In the New Approval column, click the pencil icon and click Approved for Removal.
- Click Next and review the list of approvals to confirm that the configuration is correct.
- Click Finish.
To remove from an individual device, click By Device and select the device from the list and click Next.
During the patch maintenance window, N-able N-central removes the selected patch from devices where it is installed.
