Executive Summary report - SO level

The Executive Summary report provides details about your current system inventory. It includes the customer name, the number of devices, probes, and services per device. The report also shows the number of devices in each state and the number of users associated with each customer.

This procedure can only be performed at the Service Organization level.

To view the report

• Go to Reports > Status > Executive Summary.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
