Warranty Expiry report

The Warranty Expiry report shows how many devices have valid warranties and how many have expired warranties. It also provides details on the time remaining before warranties expire for each device.

Warranty expiry can only be monitored on devices manufactured by the following vendors:

Acer
Dell
Gateway
Lenovo
Toshiba

To view the report

Go to Reports > Status > Warranty Expiry.
From the Device Filter drop-down list, select the target devices.
To include devices with unknown warranty expiry dates, select Show devices with unknown warranty expiry dates.
To filter devices by a specific expiry date, select Show only devices whose warranties expire before, and then choose a date.

If you don’t enter a date, the default value is used.
Select the sort order.
Select View report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
