Warranty Expiry report

The Warranty Expiry Report displays the number of devices that have a valid warranty and the number that have expired warranties. This report also provides detailed information on the time remaining before the warranties expire on the target devices.

1. Click Reports > Status > Warranty Expiry.
2. Select the target devices from the Device Filter drop-down list.
3. Click the check box for Show devices with unknown warranty expiry dates to include devices where the warranty expiry value is unknown.
4. Click the check box for Show only devices whose warranties expire before to identify a specific warranty expiry date after which devices will not be included in the report.

   Selecting this option requires to select a date. If no value is typed into the date field, the default value will be used.

5. Select the sort order.
6. Click View Report.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
