The Status Distribution report displays the percentage of time a service remained in a particular status.
This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.
- Click Reports > Availability > Status Distribution.
- Select the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.
- Select a Device from the drop-down list.
- Select the Service from the drop-down list. The services list depends on what the is used on the device.
- Click View Report.
