Status Distribution report

The Status Distribution report displays the percentage of time a service remained in a particular status.

This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.

  1. Click ReportsAvailability > Status Distribution.
  2. Select the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.
  3. Select a Device from the drop-down list.
  4. Select the Service from the drop-down list. The services list depends on what the is used on the device.
  5. Click View Report.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
