Status Distribution report

The Status Distribution report shows the percentage of time a service stays in each status.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

To view the report

  1. Go to ReportsAvailability > Status Distribution.
  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
  3. From the Device list, select a device.

  4. From the Service list, select a service. The list shows only the services available on the selected device.

  5. Select View report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
