Remote Control Summary report
The Remote Control Sessions report lists sessions for managed devices and devices accessed through Remote Desktop Support. It shows the session date, time, and duration of the technician’s connection.
Report details vary based on whether you view it at the Customer level or the Service Organization (SO) level.
Remote Control Summary - Customer Level
At the customer level, this report lists Remote Desktop Support and managed device remote control sessions. It shows when each session occurred and how long technicians were connected to the monitored environment during the selected time period.
To view the report
- Go to Reports > Status > Remote Control Summary.
- Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
- Choose a Category to filter devices, then add devices from the displayed list.
- Select the session type.
- Select View report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
Remote Control Summary - SO Level
At the service organization (SO) level, this report lists a service provider’s remote access to monitored networks. It tracks remote access details and filters the activity based on criteria such as session type, customer, or technician.
To view the report
- Go to Reports > Status > Remote Control Summary.
- Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
- Select the session type.
- Select the Connection type for the report.
- Apply filters for Customer/site and Technicians performing remote connections.
- Select View report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
