Agent/Probe Overview report
The Agent/Probe Overview report shows the current agent and probe details for each customer. It includes the appliance name and type, operating system, port, protocol, version, last check-in date, auto-upgrade schedule, and the number of upgrade attempts.
The report reflects data at the time it’s generated and does not include historical information.
You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.
To view the report
- Go to Reports > Administrative > Agent/Probe Overview.
- Select the Monitoring Types.
- Select View Report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
