Agent/Probe Overview report

The Agent/Probe Overview report gathers agent and probe information for each of your customers. The report displays the appliance name, and type, operating system, port, protocol, version, last check-in date, auto-upgrade schedule, and number of upgrade attempts. The report represents information at the time that the report is generated. It does not reflect historical data.

This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.

  1. Click ReportsAdministrative > Agent/Probe Overview.
  2. Select the Monitoring Types.
  3. Click View Report.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
