Missing Patches (Summary) report
The Missing Patches (Summary) report shows up to 20 customers that have the highest number of devices missing patches. It also identifies the patch type, such as Security, Critical, Definition, or Update. You can filter the list of devices by the age of the missing patches.
This procedure can only be performed at the Service Organization level or Customer level.
Running the report at the SO level
- Click Reports > Status > Missing Patches (Summary).
- For the Summary Chart, select the number of customers with the highest number of unpatched devices to be included in the report summary.
- Click View Report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
Running the report at the Customer level
- Select Reports > Status > Missing Patches (Summary).
- Select Include Details Section.
- In the Classification area, choose the categories to include.
- To add an age filter, select the check box for Include only patches.
- Specify the sort criteria for Device details and Patch details.
- Select View Report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
