Missing Patches (Summary) report

The Missing Patches (Summary) report displays information on up to 20 customers that have the largest number of devices that are missing patches and identify the type of missing patches. For example, Security, Critical, Definition, or Update. The list of devices that are missing patches can be filtered by the age of the missing patches.

This procedure can only be performed at the Service Organization level or Customer level.

Running the report at the SO level

  1. Click Reports > Status > Missing Patches (Summary).
  2. For the Summary Chart, select the number of customers with the highest number of unpatched devices to be included in the report summary.
  3. Click View Report.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.

Running the report at the Customer level

  1. Click Reports > Status > Missing Patches (Summary).
  2. Select Include Details Section.
  3. In the Classification area, select the categories to include.
  4. Click the check box for Include only patches to add an age criteria.
  5. Select how to sort the information from the drop-down list boxes.
  6. Click View Report.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
