License Key Inventory report

The License Key Inventory report enables you to review a list of discovered license keys for many Microsoft operating systems and applications. The report also includes a list of devices that have the software installed that uses the discovered keys. This enables you to observe any license keys that are non-compliant without having to use the License Compliance service.

The report includes the following:

  • License Keys
  • License Types
  • Total number of installations that use the same license key
  • Device name
  • Software Package
  • Vendor
  • Version
  • Product ID
  • Installation Date

This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.

Click ReportsAsset > License Key Inventory.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
