Devices report

The Devices report lists the devices that correspond to each of your customers in tabular format. It displays the name of the device, the IP address of the device, the operating system on which the device is installed, and the number of services that are monitored on the device.

This feature is available at the Service Organization level.

To access the report:

• Click Reports > Administrative > Devices.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
