Detailed Status report

The Detailed Status report shows service state changes during a specified time period.

To view the report

  1. Go to Reports > Availability > Detailed Status.

  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.

  3. Choose a device from the Device dropdown.

  4. Select a Service. Available services depend on the selected device.

  5. Select View report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
