Configuration Summary report

The Configuration Summary report provides service configuration information for selected devices and services. It displays the device configuration, and for each selected service configured on that device, it displays the monitoring endpoint, parameters, and thresholds. The report is in tabular format to represent information at the time the report is generated. It does not reflect historical data.

N-able recommends not running this report unless necessary, as a report, as it can impact performance.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

1. Click Reports > Status > Configuration Summary.

For each selection below, hold the Shift or Control key to make multiple selections in a field.

2. Select the Device Classes and Devices to include in the report.
3. Select the Services you want to include in the report.
4. Click View Report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
