The Availability Of Multiple Services On One Device report enables you to compare the availability values of multiple services across one device for a specific period. If the availability of one service decreases considerably, seeing the availability of other services on the same graph can help you determine the reason for the decreased availability of the service.
This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site level.
- Click Reports > Availability > Availability of Multiple Services On One Device.
- Select the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.
- Select a Device from the drop-down list box.
- Select the Services. The services that appear are dependent on the chosen device.
- Click View Report.
