Availability Of Multiple Services On One Device report

The Availability of Multiple Services on One Device report compares the availability of multiple services on a single device during a selected time period. Viewing all services on one chart helps you identify potential issues and understand why a service’s availability might decrease.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

To view the report

  1. Go to Reports > Availability > Availability of Multiple Services on One Device.

  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.

  3. Choose a device from the Device dropdown.

  4. Select the Services. The list depends on the selected device.

  5. Select View report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
