Availability of Multiple Services on Multiple Devices report
The Availability of Multiple Services on Multiple Devices report shows the combined availability of all services across all devices for a specified time period. The report is displayed in a single-page table, making it easy to identify network problem areas.
You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.
To view the report
- Go to Reports > Availability > Availability of Multiple Services On Multiple Devices.
- Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
- Select the Services to include in the report.
- Select the Devices to include the report. The list of devices is based on the services you select.
- Select View report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
