Availability of Multiple Services on Multiple Devices report

The Availability of Multiple Services on Multiple Devices report shows the combined availability of all services across all devices for a specified time period. The report is displayed in a single-page table, making it easy to identify network problem areas.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

To view the report

  1. Go to Reports > Availability > Availability of Multiple Services On Multiple Devices.
  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
  3. Select the Services to include in the report.
  4. Select the Devices to include the report. The list of devices is based on the services you select.
  5. Select View report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
