Availability Aggregated for One Service on One Device report

The Availability Aggregated for One Service on One Device report shows the overall availability of a single service on a specific device during a selected time period.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

To view the report

  1. Go to ReportsAvailability > Aggregated For One Service On One Device.
  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
  3. Select a Device from the dropdown.
  4. Select the Service from the dropdown. Only services configured for the selected device appear in the list.
  5. Select Include stale data to include periods when the service was in a stale state.
    • If you don’t select this option, the report shows the actual state of the service as reported by the monitoring agent or probe, representing the best availability.

    • If you select this option, the report includes stale periods, which can help identify possible communication or performance issues.

  6. Select View Report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
