Availability Aggregated for One Device report

The Availability Aggregated for One Device report shows the overall availability of a device based on the status of monitored services. These services include Connectivity, DNS, FTP, Generic (TCP), HTTP, IMAP, NNTP, POP, Process, SMTP, and SQL Server.

A service is:

  • Available when its state is Normal or Warning.
  • Unavailable when its state is Failed.

The report displays the percentage of time all required services were available or unavailable on the device during the selected period, shown in both a pie chart and a table.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

To view the report

  1. Go to Reports > Availability > Availability Aggregated for One Device.
  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
  3. Select the Device.
  4. Select View report.
The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
