Availability Aggregated for One Device report
The Availability Aggregated for One Device report shows the overall availability of a device based on the status of monitored services. These services include Connectivity, DNS, FTP, Generic (TCP), HTTP, IMAP, NNTP, POP, Process, SMTP, and SQL Server.
A service is:
- Available when its state is Normal or Warning.
- Unavailable when its state is Failed.
The report displays the percentage of time all required services were available or unavailable on the device during the selected period, shown in both a pie chart and a table.
You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.
To view the report
- Go to Reports > Availability > Availability Aggregated for One Device.
- Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
- Select the Device.
- Select View report.
