Access the Support Toolkit during a support session

The Support Toolkit feature in Take Control is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technicians by providing a centralized location for storing and accessing scripts, applications, and other essential files.

This feature allows technicians to quickly resolve issues by having all the necessary tools readily available during remote sessions.

Use the Support Toolkit during remote session

  1. During a support session, navigate to the Session Options menu of the Remote Viewer.

  2. Select Support Toolkit from the list of options.

  3. Select a Folder, or click the Pencil icon to edit the current folder path.

  4. Select the Files/Scripts to Run, Arguments, and Options.

  5. Click Run to execute the command.

View the Log information in the Output Execution section at the bottom of the window.
