Configure Take Control settings for multiple devices

You can configure Take Control options for all devices in a specific device class, rather than configuring each one individually.

Additionally, you can also change the settings at the SO and customer/site level.

  1. Click AdministrationDefaultsRemote Control Defaults.
  2. Select the device classes to which you would like to apply the settings.
  3. Selecting multiple device classes will display the System default settings.

  4. Select the desired options. You may not be able to modify some settings if the option is set at a higher level.
  5. Click Save.
