You can configure Take Control options for all devices in a device class, rather than configuring them individually.
You can change the settings the SO and customer/site level.
- Click Administration > Defaults > Remote Control Defaults.
- Select the device classes to apply the settings to.
- Select the desired options. You may not be able to modify some settings if the option is set at a higher level.
- Click Save.
Selecting multiple device classes will display the System default settings.
