Login and update your Resource Center user account

The first time that you log into the N-able Resource Center, you should change your password from that provided to something unique but memorable to you. Your password must be at least eight characters in length and contain one or more non-alphanumeric characters.

1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner of the Resource Center page.
2. Click My Account, then Change password.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Enter your new password.
5. Enter the password again and click Change Password.

The new password is saved.
