Sharing filters with other users

When you create filters, they are specific to you, unless you specifically indicate that they are available to Everyone (See Create a filter). These shared filters then appear in the "All Devices" view and other areas in N-able N-central.

To select and share the filters with other users or technicians:

1. Expand Configuration in the left navigation pane.

2. Click Filters.

3. Check the boxes next to the filters you wish to share.

4. Click Show in other users drop-down.

The filters will appear in the other users within the same Customer level when they use filters in their tasks.

You cannot share system default filters, marked by a grayed-out checkbox.
