Manage print jobs on a device

Manage and review the printer status for a device. When viewing the list of available printers, you can check the print queue and restart or stop print jobs. This helps you manage printer connections and troubleshoot device issues.

This feature is only available for managed Windows devices with N-able N-central agents installed.

Manage print jobs

1. Go to Views > All Devices and select the Network Devices tab.
2. Select the device Name.
3. Go to Tools > Printers.

4. In the Select User drop-down menu, choose the user account.

5. In the Name column, click the arrow icon next to the printer name to display the print queue.

6. Select the check box for the printer jobs you want to manage, and then choose an action for the job: Cancel, Restart, Pause or Resume.
