Change the operating system type for a device

When a device was added to N-able N-central, an operating system type was assigned. At some point, the device's operating system may be upgraded. You can change the OS type that appears in N-able N-central.

1. Click Views > All Devices and click the name of the device.
2. Click Settings > Properties.
3. In the Operating System drop-down menu, select the OS from the list.
4. Click Save.
