Device Overview

The Overview tab enables you to, at a glance, see the key details and status of the device. The information displayed is dependent on which agent, Windows or macOS, is being used.

Clicking the down arrow on the right corner of the information window retracts the window to hide the information.

Windows agent

The Windows agent reports the following information:

Active Issues Displays issues with the device or services running on the device. Hover the mouse over the service name to view detailed information, or click the service name to open the service's page for more information and configuration. If you are using a ticketing solution, click Create to log an issue to resolve the problem.
System Information Displays hardware and operating system information for the device.
Patches Summary Displays patching information for the device, including patches that have been approved but not installed and those not yet approved for installation.
Recent Tickets (Last 3 Days) Displays the current tickets from the last three days that are or were opened against the device.
CPU Utilization by Top 5 Processes A graphical display of the top five processes using CPU cycles on the device. Hover over each bar to display the process or application name and the percentage of CPU used. The graphic updates every 45 seconds.
Memory Utilization by Top 5 Processes A graphical display of the memory used by the top five processes. Hover over each bar to display the process or application name and the amount of physical and virtual memory used. The graphic updates every 45 seconds.
Running Processes Displays the processes and applications running on the device and the details about it. Click the arrow next to the name to access the DLLs, registry keys and threads involved with the process. The list updates every 15 seconds.
Windows Services Displays all Windows services running on the device. The list updates every minute.

macOS agent

The macOS agent reports the following information:

CPU Utilization by Top 5 Processes A graphical display of the top five processes using CPU cycles on the device. Hover over each bar to display the process or application name and the percentage of CPU used. The graphic updates every 45 seconds.
Memory Utilization by Top 5 Processes A graphical display of the memory used by the top five processes. Hover over each bar to display the process or application name and the amount of physical and virtual memory used. The graphic updates every 45 seconds.
